Any company begins and ends with its workforce, Coral Group is proud of the educational background and devotion of its staff. With above 30% of Coral’s workforce having more than university education, the holding’s core is professionalism. Coral GROUP ensures a positive working environment by finding a common ground for everyone working in the companies; this is partially achieved by short hierarchy of authority and a feeling of comradeship between the administrative and scientific staff.

A significant part of the holding’s human resources have formerly been employed by large universities and industrial bodies in Ukraine.

The holding’s organisation is based on principles of modern western institutions, with short vertical of authority and maximised approachability. Coral GROUP is a private holding and is governed by its owners and the board of directors. All the research in the companies is done is separate groups.
